At Primal Viking, we want you to feel as powerful in our gear as you do in the gym. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Primal Viking tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
